Vade Maccum

The “Vade Maccum” or “follow me” is a document containing research on the detail design approach to the Pastoor van Ars chrch in the Hauge by Aldo van Eycke. The document contains drawings from myself and several otehr collaborators on the “On Detail” course, ran as a selective module during the first semester of 4th Year at Edinbrugh. The intention of this work was to introduce us to detailing, and to allow for this document to be carried around as we investiagted sites. This then carried through to the deisgn element of the courses programme. The following images are scans of the physcial, hand amde booklet.
